As our newest dentist, Dr. Gollapudi really enjoys being able to relieve patients’ dental pain and provide care that is always gentle and empathetic at its core. She can’t wait to meet your family soon! If you’d like to learn more about her clinical talents and background, just keep reading below.
Dr. Gollapudi is originally from Guntur, India. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the Sibar Institute of Dental Sciences before coming to the United States, where she attended the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC, graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery.
During Dr. Gollapudi’s DDS program, she was a selective intern at a special needs patients’ clinic. There, she had the valuable opportunity to care for patients with complex medical histories and learn more about how to properly handle their unique circumstances. She also attended an externship at La Maestra Community Health Center in San Diego, which gave her further insight and expertise.
Dr. Gollapudi has been married for almost two years now, and she has one dog and one betta fish as pets. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures, learning how to paint with acrylics, and studying classical Indian music. She’s also visited most of the major national parks on the West Coast, which includes Yosemite, the Grand Canyon, Death Valley, and Joshua Tree National Park. She can’t wait to go to Yellowstone soon too!
